We guarantee a high quality of our products. Every product goes through a quality control on several stages of the production. We also examine the product additionally before sending it.
We also offer a 365-day warranty on the products to our clients.
In case of revealing a production defect, BREVNO will repair or replace the details of your glasses.
Production defects include:
- deformation of the frame (more than 0,5 cm);
- lens falling-out
- large (more than 0,5 cm) splits and cracks;
- spontaneous unglue of the elements (without a heavy water influence);
- breakdown and deformation of connecting screws and hinges.
In warranty cases, the customer pays expenses on delivery of the product to the place of repairs while the salesman pays for delivery of the replaced product and the product restoration.
Production defects do not include:
- damage which occurred as a result of mechanical effect (falling, excessive pressure, excessive moisture influence, using of the products not according to the purpose);
- defects which occurred during using of the frame not according to the purpose;
- scratches on the surface of the frame and lenses;
- fogging or change in colour of the frame.
In not warranty cases, the customer pays mail expenses in both directions.
Products with individual carving are not subject to replacement or refund.
