Refunds and returns.
In case you're unhappy with your purchase upon receiving the parcel - you can easily return it and apply for refund. In order to perform a return please do the following:
1. Email the photo of your purchase and describe the reason for return to email@example.com
2. Pack goods safely keeping original packaging.
3. In 1-3 business days we'll get back with feedback and give you directions for shipping (depending on situation and region of purchase)

Depending on your location and availability of the goods ordered, there are few shipment options:
- if ordered goods are not in stock in one of our distribution warehouses, you'll be offered with equal replacement or we will produce your frame in our manufactory in Krasnoyarsk, Russia. After it may be shipped with either EMS, DHL or FedEx.
- if the goods are in stock in one of our distribution warehouses, they will be shipped within 1-2 business days and you'll be provided with tracking number.
